Who we are

Cognical Labs (“we”, “us”) runs cognical.si. For anything about privacy, write to hello@cognical.si.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. We do not run analytics, set cookies, use tracking pixels or build profiles. Every file this site loads, including its fonts and images, is served from cognical.si itself, so no other company learns that you visited.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, as any web host must. We do not enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, and we do not receive or keep logs that identify visitors. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy.

If you email us

When you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply. We never add you to a mailing list without asking, and we delete correspondence once it is no longer needed.

Stored on your device

If you switch between the light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. See cookies for the details.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. This website gives us none to share.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Under the GDPR you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In practice, the only personal data we might hold is an email you sent us.

Our research and products

The models and applications we release will be designed to run on your device, so your data stays there. Each product will come with its own clear privacy notice before you use it.

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and explain any material change here.
